Job Title : Financial Controller

Job Description:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory standards, tax laws, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, profitability analysis, cost management, and investment evaluations to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Audit and Taxation: Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements, liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies as necessary.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control policies, procedures, and systems to mitigate financial risks, ensure accuracy in financial records, and prevent fraud.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and development.
• GAAP Experience

Pay: $145.00 per year
